A task progression form is an outline teacher's use to plan activities. It covers the basic rules of the game, ways to build up to it, and ways to simplify the game or make it more challenging for students. This particular outline was created by Dr. Tim Hopper from the University of Victoria for use by his EPHE students. The task progression was filled out by me.
As you can see, in this game there is not much room to simplify or extend the task to make it more challenging. The game doesn't leave space to be altered to fit the needs of the students playing it.
